I.Trip:
The Trip consists of a 3 night stay with tax at the Hilton Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Corporation. BIA reserves the right to change hotel to its equivalent or better. Room type not guaranteed. Travel will be prepaid stay and winner may choose to stay longer at own expense. This will be for maximum of 2 adults in the room and maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age in same room. Winner is responsible for additional adult and children on room.

Travel must be completed by August 8, 2009. Travel restrictions may apply. Reservations subject to availability and black out dates may apply. BIA/Hilton/Uniglobe is not responsible for any cancellation or postponement of any event stated above. The winner is responsible for obtaining any travel documentation required. All costs and expenses not expressly listed as part of the Trip are the winner’s sole responsibility, including without limitation meals, transportation, insurance, transfers, income taxes or other taxes resulting from receipt of the Trip. Trip package will be delivered to the confirmed Trip winners. If the travel companion(s) of any winner is considered a minor, such companion(s) must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian on the trip.

Except for the prize value, the winners will not receive any additional monetary compensation or acknowledgement for participation in the Promotion, any advertisement or other material. Except as specifically provided herein, each winner is solely responsible for all expenses and fees, including, without limitation, taxes, related to any prize or this Promotion. Reporting and payment of all applicable taxes resulting from acceptance or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.

All prizes are non-transferable. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. No substitution or cash equivalent of a prize is permitted. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors in the printing or posting of the offer or official rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. IV.PUBLICITY:
By submitting an entry form, each entrant grants BIA permission to use the entrant's name, likeness, Photo(s), entry specifics or comments for advertising and publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.

V.Winner:
The name of the winners shall be announced. The name of the winner may also be obtained by mailing a request, along with a self addressed stamped envelope, to BIA, address.
